I am especially used to talking with women who have burned out. Women who have carried for a long time, and who have stopped being able to feel what they need themselves.
I hold a diploma in process consultation and coaching.
And I have many years of experience in the living of a life, in good times and hard ones.
I am not a psychologist or a therapist, and these conversations are not treatment. If you need treatment, talk to your doctor.

I am a trained process consultant and coach, with a diploma from Professionshøjskolen Metropol in Copenhagen, 2012.
Before that I read for a bachelor's and a master's degree in Strategic International Business at Lord Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, from 2009 to 2012.
In 2025 I completed Master Your Energy at Akademiet for Udvidet Bevidsthed.
